What we grow...
We grow our own local fruit and vegetables; from apricots to grapes, from tomatoes to aubergines, we grow everythig that can grow in Cappadocia region.
About our produce...
We prepare our own jams, grape mollasses, tomato paste and various local tastes.
Our Ethos...
We care about nature and the local ways of living, hence we only use the land which is needed, use organic fertiliser on our soil and take good care of our animals...
